Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from our manufacturing facility. All orders are shipped by air with the leading companies: DHL, FedEx, Skynet and at times local courier in remote areas. Once your order is shipped out of our facility, you will get an automatic e-mail from us with a tracking details. To fit your needs better, we have two delivery methods for you to choose, Standard and Express.

15 Days Average

Average delivery time for regular shipping is 15 days from the date of payment. During peak times this time is between 2-3 weeks. Our regular shipping is FREE worldwide for orders above $150. A flat charge of $25 will be applied to orders below $150

5-9 Business Days

If you’re in rush, or looking to get your product in time for an event, then we recommend opting for express shipping. We guarantee delivery in In 5-9 Business Days. Express Shipping is available for $40

All products in our collection are custom tailored, and we have the fastest turn around time in the industry. In rare cases the delivery might be subject to influences,events or circumstances beyond our control, such as fabric availability or public holidays, adverse weather conditions,natural disasters etc. In those cases delivery might take longer.


Are there any additional duties and taxes?

For orders shipping to the UK and US, you won’t have to pay any additional customs charges.
For Canada, Europe and Australia we take care of most of the payments involved in the delivery process, but, we cannot guarantee any additional fees. Please contact your border agency or local authorities to determine the laws of the country.

I need the order for an event, what shipping method should I select?

Our average time with ‘regular shipping’ is 15 days, but it can take up to 4 weeks depending on the time you order. If you need it on a set date we HIGHLY recommend opting for ‘express shipping’ (5-9 Working Day). Even if it means it’ll arrive before the due date. Please keep in mind delievres are not made on the weekend in most countries.

How do I change my address after I’ve placed the order ?

If you’ve already placed your order, you can request to change the shipping address by emailing us on care@alqamees.com , provided that the order hasn’t already been shipped out. If the order has already been shipped out, you will need to contact the courier to have it re-routed to the correct address. This may have re-routing fee. You will need to shoulder the cost.


Note:

alqamees offers World Wide Shipping. The time frame given above is applicable to most of the countries in the world. However due to vastly spread geographic regions, some countries and locations are categorized as RAZ (Remote Area Zone). The shipment to RAZ is not confined to the above time frame. It is beyond the control of alqamees and affiliate courier services, to accurately predict the delivery time for these locations. If your delivery address is classified as RAZ, you will be notified before checkout. Alternatively, you can view a complete list of RAZ.Hence, we advise our RAZ customers to acknowledge this and expect longer delivery times with Standard shipping option. RAZ customers can greatly expedite the delivery by choosing the Express Shipping option.
